FAQ

What do I charge?
Please head to the contact page of my website and send me an email or message to request a pricing page containing all the information regarding prices, rates and payment terms.

Is a deposit needed?
Yes, a deposit is needed upfront before any work begins. This is to make sure that if you decide to terminate the project before the first payment, I still get compensated for the work I completed.

What are the payment terms?
Invoices are sent out after each stage of the design process is completed. Clients have 14 days from when the invoice was sent to make the payment. If the payment is not made on time, a late fee is added to the total cost. If payment is still not made 14 days after the due date, all work is stopped and put on hold until a resolution is made.
If you wish to terminate the project at any stage, the hours worked up until that point will be billed and invoiced to be paid within 14 days.
All payments must be made using either a direct bank deposit or a cheque.
Before any work commences, I will send you an invoice for the deposit and a contract which you must read over, sign and send back to me. After receiving your deposit and signed contract, I will begin work on your project.

How many revisions do you get?
While completing the various stages of your project, you can request up to 2 revisions to be made as part of process. If you exceed this limit and require more revisions to made, the hourly rate is increased by 50% for an additional 3 revisions.

Who owns copyright?
Renative Studio owns full copyright and ownership of the designs and projects it creates. Once a project is finalised and the final payment is received, the project becomes property of the client, while copyright is either transferred to the client, or shared between the client and Renative Studio, depending on the type of work that was done. Any design concepts not used in the final project remain the property of Renative Studio. Unless requested otherwise by the client, Renative Studio may use some of the elements of the final product for use in its design portfolio or various other media or promotional concepts.

What do you get once all your payments have been made?
After the final payment has been made, you will be sent a package containing different file formats of your completed project.
These may include: ai files, eps files, pdf files, svg files, jpg files, png files or other custom files relating to your specific project.

How is international payment handled?
Being based in Australia, all invoices are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are from another country, invoices will be calculated using Australian Dollars and then converted to your local currency using a live currency converter.
